INDIVIDUAL THERAPY (18+)
In individual therapy, my aim is to create a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly and without judgment. Together, we will work collaboratively to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you may be facing and identify patterns that may be influencing your life. I provide a supportive environment where you can express yourself freely, helping you develop greater self-awareness and insight. Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, we'll address specific concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma or life transitions, and work towards healing and developing practical coping strategies. My role is to assist you in fostering personal growth, improving interpersonal relationships, and enhancing overall well-being. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions or seeking guidance through life changes, individual therapy is a tailored and collaborative process designed to empower you on your journey towards positive mental and emotional health.
COUPLES THERAPY
In couples therapy, my goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where both partners can openly communicate and work towards building a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. I facilitate a collaborative process that allows for the exploration of both individual and shared goals, concerns, and emotions. Together, we will identify and address communication patterns, conflicts, and other challenges that may be impacting the relationship. Through effective communication strategies and evidence-based interventions, I aim to enhance understanding between partners and provide tools for resolving conflicts constructively. Couples therapy is an opportunity for growth, fostering a deeper connection and intimacy. Whether you're facing specific relationship issues, navigating life transitions, or simply seeking to strengthen your bond, I am here to guide and support you both on your journey towards a healthier and more satisfying relationship.

Good Faith Estimate
(No Surprises Act)
Your Rights Explained

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
